hello.
I want to register new tax payer which have hardware shop (sole proprietorship) , under GST. But they hv PAN card and trade licence in name of owner of the business, not in name through which shop is running.
so what I will write in place of "legal name of business (as per PAN)"

you have to mention the name as per pan .after that there will be a option where you can give business name .
legal name will be as per PAN card (PAN of the owner) due to sole proprietorship and trade name will be the hardware shop name.
