i have 4 division of my business having different products do i need to register separately for different division?
if divisions are located wuith in the same state or different states, what procedure do i need to follow....

If they are in different states, separate registration is must.

4 divisions you mean 4 different verticals only the entitty code will change you can add 35 such verticals so the entity code changes for all 4 divisions in same state

if with in the state then registration is not mandatory for each division??
then how billing would be done

ok understood if you have only one TIN and 4 divisions only one registration is reqyired but under Business you mention all 4 divisions

All 4 Divisions can have separate bill book...i heard of centralised biling...
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
