can anyone please tell me
1. last date of registration for cs professional
2. from where i get cs professional registration form as the site of isci is not working
3. required document which are to be attached with form
please help......

hey dear. congrats....here is d form of cs final... u can download
and last date for registration is 28th feb....u will have to get a DD prepared for an amount of RS 7500 to register for all the four modules of cs professional....and regarding the documents as such there is no information given in the form but on the safe side u can attach ur cs executive marksheet with it......all d best!!!

i also downloaded the form nd i hav the same query will accept this form
nd there is no id card with this form nd no space for photo

frns..i have also cleared cs executive on 25 feb 2012...I and many of my frnds are applying with the same form.....i also downloaded the form from here only.....because icsi site is not working.. so no option....this form will do..
form is to be posted at noida address..address is given on the form ...
