Dear Priya,

A company can't be a proprieter, though as per new Companies act, 2013 a One person company can be incorporated, but let me know the kind of business and level of operations of such business for any further suggestions.

One of my frnd doing normal business like purchasing equipment from one comapny and selling on retail basis in cash .For more order require VAT registration no with invoice.

So  what is the procedure for VAT registration and 

Which address registred for invoice purpose??

For VAT registration he can register in a proprieter capacity, no company incorporation required for the same.
