Attaching herwith thetext of Chit Funds Act 1982 which governs the chit fund activities
I think you can get all the necessary information on the following web site https://chitfund.delhigovt.nic.in/ if you are oing to incorporate the same in Delhi However, I would like to note that this rules are not applicable through out india
