is separate registration required for the new branch with in same state and doing same business of providing coaching services. The branch is also in same district.

No it is not required you can do amendment in core filed by adding additional place of business.

As nature of business is same, not needed separate gst registration for branch in the same state.

It depends on your decision , you want to take separate registration. before 31st meeting it is not possible to take separate registration for same business in same state.
