Registration of a private limited company

Dear All Experties.

I want to register one Restaurant as a Pvt. Ltd. Firm, There are two partners in this Restaurant.

1. Shoud it comes under both VAT and Service Tax?

2. Should I need to register Trademark for this?

3. If only It would be a propitership firm then should Trademark registration is possible?

Please suggest...
