I have submitted my 112 form in the institute by mistake I forgot to write the Date in the date column besides the signature of the employer.
Will my form be rejected or is there something that I can do to rectify it?
Your Form will not be rejected don't worry, but don't repeat the same mistake in future, from now onwards check the Form properly and only then submit.
