I am resident of New Delhi.
I procured an immovable property in Mumbai.
I have to take registration under GST.
Can I take reg in Delhi or have to take it in Mumbai only.
Pl specify the provisions and rules.

If you had fixed establishment in Delhi; i.e. if already registered in Delhi, there was no need to register again in Maharashtra. But when going for first registration, you need to register at Maharashtra, as POS is in that state.
