dear scholers i want to clearity on the applicability of GST on job worker..who does the work of removing rust from metal items of principle manufacturer and return it with in 2-3 days..
is GST is applicable to job worker also or he is exempt?

Yes, GST is applicable over job work, provided your total job work charges (along with any other supply) exceeds Rs. 20 lakhs.........
