Please let me know sir, if a gta, having so many office in different states and having rental godown in different states. The gta paying rent for the godown. The landlord of these godown are registered person.
Q1- whether it is mandatory for the gta to take registration in gst in all state separately
Q2- if gta is not registered in gst, then will he deduct TDS on the rent, that paid by him.
Q3- is it the responsibility for landlord to pay gst through rcm if gta is not registered

TDS on rent will not be deducted by landlord only those paying rent they must deduct if their accounts are comes under compulsory audit

The rent paid by the gta for godown to the landlord and the amount is more then 180000/-per anum
