19 May 2017I would like to start a Private limited company in Bangalore, India, and would like to do business in three different fields, for example Advertising, Service Apartment, Tour&Travels is this possible ?
Company Name: XYZ Pvt Ltd (website: xyz.com)
Can i use three different trademarks like "XYZads" for advertising business, "XYZsuits" for service apartment and "XYZtours" for travels business?
The registered company will remain XYZ.Pvt Ltd.

Yes , as your trade name may be different from your proprietory logo. You can register different trademarks for different business segment.

As per law, a company cannot carry on all the business activities in one company, hence you need to open separate company for each business activity. Further, you can register similar trademarks in their respective class.
