Situation :-
I have a garment factory in pune and a showroom in pune for selling garments to customer. Thus both are within same state
Queries :-
1) If i want to get both of them separately registered under GST then can i get it under one single PAN ?
2) If no then does it mean than i have to incorporate a seperate entity for both to obtain 2 PAN and then obtain 2 GSTIN ?

1)Yes. As per the provisions of section 25(2) of the CGST Act, 2017, if you want to get both of them separately registered under GST then you can get it under one single PAN.
You can register via same PAN (if you are the proprietor) otherwise you have to apply for PAN in the name of the organisation.
