Do I need to get GST registration if I receive international payments through upwork and paypal by rendering services. Mine is a sole proprietorship business. The revenue is not more them Rs 40 lakhs. 

Please Guide.

To register is your choice.
But registration has certain benefits:
1. COMPLAINCE ALWAYS HAS CETTAIN BENEFITS
2. provided it's of MSME CATEGORY.

Yes... Registration is mandatory if Your turn over crossed the ceiling limit...

Even if u have not crossed threshold limit you can register.
