Sir one of my client doing textile business and his turnover is rupees 9 lakh.
Now he sold a Machinery(capital asset) of rupees 23 lakh.
Is it compulsory to get registered under Act now

Threshold Limit to take registration w.e.f 01.04.19 increased to Rs 40 Lakhs, if supplier engaged in goods supply only..as per Section 23. This is subject to condition he is not making Inter State Supply n not a Non Resident.
