if we brake the partnership deed then should I get new registration or same will continue in GST.

If only Two partners then Add in the P/Deed and run the same.

If not then the Firm can't be run single person.

GST registration is PAN based, If you are running a separate business in your name than new GST registration is required.

Dear.,

Please Pls check out Your asaid details and it's nature. The all are agreed by me if it's Buyers (Works contractor).

But, No more nature of supplier of Jharkahnd's view...
