A construction company registered in U.P under GST got a contract for civil construction in Uttrakhand. Does it require a new registration in Uttrakhand or it can work under already received GSTIN?
If u are only provided service no need new GSTN or you provided the service as well as Material use in uttarkarnt and also to purchase in matterial in uttarkand you are need to register in uttarkand
