Registration

Dear Folks , I'm dealing in SMS Business, I buy it from Telecom provider and sell it to retailer and provide own website to send the messages by retailer to their customer , it is inter/ intra state sales but my total turnover dint cross the limit of 20 lac , it is wholly online business , do I need to register in gst, please help
