Simply, go to any aadhaar enrolment centre, give them proof for change of address, address in aadhaar would be changed within a week or two

Write an application to ITO where you reside now for change of address.
ITO will change the jurisdiction within reasonable time.

But actually change in aadhaar only might be sufficient for you.

is there any problem at the time signature with EVC or e-sign . when aadhar address and PAN address is differents?

While getting updation of aadhaar, tell the authority to update your mobile no. As well in aadhaar

You can e sign with aadhaar authentication

There will be no such problem, because of getting digital signature, you have to provide your PAN, ADDRESS PROOF, PASAPORT SIZE PHOTO atleast. Therefore provide your Aadhar as address proof that time

First of You have any Address proof in West Bengal as residence you can use that for registration.
PAN and AADHAAR address is not a matter. The two numbers are just identification for residential purpose.
You ll change address in above said documents. But, Now the situation no reflection for the registration.....
