Gst registration rule for centralised registration.
We have a centralised registration under ST, and renrolled under GST for the both states we got provisional ID's for both but the branch provisional ID was cancelled by department. When i raised the same issue to CBEC, they told now the rules has been changed for registraion of branch offices, they need not to have a seperate registraion.
Any one come across like this situation. Is Dep reply is Vaild?
