Can I register a Trademark in India as "XYZ Science Academy" when "XYZ Academy" is already registered ?
If not, can I register "My XYZ Science Academy"?

no you can't because as per the act the when you register your company with registrar the same or similar named company are crossed checked and same as well as similar names are prohibited.
You can register provided you get an NOC from the other company that they have no objection in case you apply for the name similar to their company else there is no chances of getting the name.
