Registering as CA on efiling portal

While registering myself on efiling portal, I am getting an error which says that the entered member name for the membership number does not match with name as per PAN. I have raised a ticket on efiling portal, the reply says that middle name is missing on my PAN, but while verifying my PAN, middle name was not missing. Please guide me regarding this issue. I have also updated my PAN on icai ssp portal
