Registering as a ca on income tax website

Dear manish,

I guess the user id must be your individal PAN number for the IT website. While generating the signature file for DSC, please use the option, register using DSC and then generate the signature file using the same PAN number which you use as log in.Also ensure that in the IT website,in your profile, the same PAN number and name are mentioned. In case still error persists, please attach a screenshot of the DSC signature file and Error.

I had also the same problem. I got it solved based on your guidelines.  Wonderful. It is not even in the DSC utility manual. (unfortuinately). Sharing of your experience must be appreciated. Thank you very much.

I think you have made mistake for user id so, please write user Id as ARCA your membership number (ie. ARCA520692)
