Trademark is used registering the Brand Name or Logo for trading the goods or services in ordinary course of business by using the Brand Name or Logo.

Trade Mark is marked as R i.e registered trade mark.

Copy Right is used for registering the Content of any Article or Product Descripttion / details.

thnx for valuable info on copyright

but i've seen trademark is written as tm above the name/logo

& registered as r(inside circle) above the name/logo

some name/logo bear 'r'(inside circle) while sum 'tm' that signifies dat both hv sum differnce.

I will check and revert back to you soon

When trademark is applied or aplication is pending, applicant has to mentioned "TM" in circle or otherwise; when that trademark got registered, it would mentioned as "R" in circle.

Copyright cover very wide range of material like written matters, artwork, painting, website, software, music, video etc.
