for changing registered office from state to state a company have to first pass SR and file MGT-14 then company shall give an advertisement in 2 paper one in english and one in vernacular language and give individual notice to debenture holders, creditors,SEBI

file INC-22 to CG for taking aproval

company shall also change its memorandum as it consist sitution clause which have to change

after file such forms CG will conduct hearing and after 60 days it will give approval and the same has to bw filed with ROC within 30 days in INC-23 and ROC will give certificate of alteration in INC-28

I think only name has been approved company is not incorporated still so wait for 60 days to elapse so that name can be removed from reserved list on mca site and after that file fresh INC 1 with roc patna or after incorporation change the registered office address..

The Applicant is in hurry of incorporation and does not wishes to wait for 60days for name expiry.

I filed a new INC 1 but got a resubmission stating The name resembalnce the exisiting name.

any other alternatve to this. how should i go ahead
