The Registered office is owned by the wife of director of the company. A proof that the Company is permitted to use the address as the registered office of the Company, Will NOC from her would be sufficient or something else is reuiqred. Please help

As per my understanding NOC would be sufficient for the purpose of form-18 along with address proof like lease deed etc.
Address proof would be to the effect that premises belong to the person giving NOC.
