how to change registered mobile and mail I'd .

Select registration tab

select amendement of non core fields

select authorized signatory tab

select edit option in that and change the mobile no. and e-mail id

in authorised signatory I cannot edit the mobile number and mail id

You ll try to it in Business details head. Bcoz, Business details related mail & mobile number are get otp...

Sir,
I tried in business details thier I can edit but in authorised signatory I cannot edit or delete the same.
pls help me.

Hello.,
First which mail ID and phone number you get otp...? Where is located the same in registration head...?
Go to Change that...!

Dear Giri,

OTP will be sen to Mobile no and email ID which are mentioned in the authorised signatory tab. i don't know why you are not able to change the same. Please click on save button after changing the details. If you still facing the problem, contact me on this no. 9148325989
