HELLO FRIENDS, MY CLIENT HAS STARTED THE KITTY BUSINESS AND THEY WANT IT TO MAKE THE PARTNERSHIP DEEP AND REGISTER IT. PLS HELP ME WHAT IS THE NATURE OF KITTY BUSINESS IS IT VALID?

WHAT ARE THE DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTERATION ONLY FORM 1 OR ANYTHING ELSE

AND PLS TELL ME IN THE FORM 1 IS IT COMPULSORY FOR ME TO BE A WITNESS OR A NON CA PERSON CAN ALSO BE A WITNESS?

Procedure for registration of Partnership is as under:

 

1. Fill up Form A with Rs. 3 Court Fee stamp ticket on that.

 

2. Form A can be attested by any CA/ CS/ Advocate. It is compulsory to Witness Form A.

 

3. Attach a self addressed envelope with necessary amount of Stamps. 

 

4. Attach a stamp paper of Rs. 20, 50 or 100 if you want a certificate of Registration. This is not compulsory. 

 

5. File the entire set of documents with Registrar of Firms in your region.
