Hello Sir,
One of our Client registered under S. T. Act. under the catagory of MANPOWER RECRUITMENT AGENCY only and he is collected service tax from his service receiver, And he also provide another service to the same client for supply of Truck, Bacoloader, Tractor, ect. and collected service tax on that service.
1) The question is first We amend the registeration of S.T. to add the new service before filling the return?
2) The second service come under the contract service?
