Registeration date for icwai exam

Dear All,

I sent my draft to ICWAI on 30th Nov and received my course material on 22nd Dec.Till now I have not received my Registeration letter and Prospectus.

I wanted to apply for Practical Training exemption for which I should send T3 form etc within 45 days from the Date of registeration.

Now in this case I wanted to know what would be my probable date of registeration- the one when they received the Draft(30th nov) or some later date in Dec.

Also is there any way I can know my registeration number, so that I can send my Practical Training exemption form in advance.
