i have applied for gst number of hotel which is taken on rent with " hotel spark inn" name but previous tenant also had gst on same name whether there is any problem of same name at the time of application?
Yes you can apply with the same name.. GSTIN is linked to PAN.. and PAN is unique for everyone..
for example, just the way your name is linked to your PAN and there will be many Vikas Mahajan in India, there can be multiple business with the same name 'hotel spark inn' but with different PANs..
