I am 12 student I want to appear for nov 2019 attempt should I have to give cpt or foundation exam plz help me out .

Now CPT has been replaced by CA foundation. all new registration will be entered Foundation. For you foundation will be applicable.

Now there is no CPT. In the Revised Scheme of education of CA Course it is replaced by CA Foundation.

You have to register for CA Foundation.

Now you can only register for CA foundation course because of CPT will be replaced by CA Foundation. Registration in CA Foundation has started from 1st July 2017. CA Foundation exam will conduct twice in a year May/Nov same as other exams i.e. CA intermediate and CA Final. The first exam for CA Foundation will conduct in May 2018. The registration in CPT course ceased from 1st July 2017.

This is an entry level test designed same as for the other courses. A student can register himself or herself with the ICAI for the Foundation Course after appearing in the 12th examination conducted by the examining body constituted by law recognised in India or examination recognised by Central Government or equivalent thereto.

You can get registration in CA Foundation course by filling an online registration form available on ICAI website in course registration forms under students tab.

Now you are in 12th class, first clear your 12th examinations. After clearing the 12th examinations you will be eligible to register in CA foundation course. And now you can only register for CA foundation because as per new scheme of ICAI, CPT registrations were closed from 1st July 2017 and CA foundation registrations were opened from 1st July 2017.

According to the new scheme, CA foundation syllabus is divided into 4 papers:

Principles and Practices of Accounting
Business Law and Business Correspondence and Reporting
Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning and Statistics
Business Economics and Business and Commercial Knowledge

Exams for CA foundation will conduct twice in a year May and November. And you want to register for November 2019 attempt then you have to register before 30th June 2019. After registration, you have the study period of 4 months which is enough to crack the exams with good marks. And your hard work will help you to achieve a rank in CA foundation exams.
