You want to attempt CA foundation exam in November 2019 then you should register before 30 June 2019, after registration you have 4 months time to study hard and clear this exam.

For November attempt 2019, you have to register before 30th June. A student can register himself or herself with the ICAI for the Foundation Course after appearing in the 12th examination conducted by the examining body constituted by law recognised in India or examination recognised by Central Government or equivalent thereto.
