To get eligibilty to appear CA IPCC Exams during Nov 2012, one has to register at ICAI before Jan 31, 2012.
The requirements are :
A) DD for Rs. 9,000
B) One Photograph
C) Photo copies Attested: i) 10+2 Certificate
ii) CPT Certificate
