regisration of trust

Form a charitable trust for this. then get the same registered with IT and also u can go for 80G and/or 35Ac Approvals ....u can also form sec 25 company but i would advise to form a Trust for this.....

 dear sir thanks for replying my query.  bt my question is before registration with income tax deptt is trust deed has to be registered anywhere else? what is advatage of forming a trust over forming soceity or registration of company u/s 25 of companies act
