Have an assignment for Regd office change from Delhi to Jaipur.

How much to quote and can anyone specify the break-up

It depends upon the Authorised Capital of the Company.

For Ex. Company having

Auth Cap of Rs. 1 lakh is reqd to pay Rs. 200

Auth Cap of Rs. 5 lakh is reqd to pay Rs. 300

Recently some news has been spread that in near by future will known as corporate governance officer and they will also elligible to conduct an attest function.. Is it correct?
