Regarding vat and cst

Hello CCI members,

I have an urgent query regarding my clint who has currently selling Mobiles to Delhi and other states. Now he started dealing in Modems also without intimating department about it.

Is there any consequences regarding the intimation under DVAT and CST ACT? 

If any then by what amount.....
