Regarding unsecure loan
if i already taken loan 15000 in cash can we take 12000 rs from bank total loan amount 27000 but first 15000 in cash and second received from bank

This is fine because cash loan is <20k
If first entry 15000 bank and second in cash ddn i think not acceptable
