what is the limit of uniform maintenance allowance under section 10(14) 1

The Act hasn't prescribed any limit. U/S 10(14)(I)(f), allowance granted to meet expenditure incurred on purchase or maintenance of uniform is exempt. Presumably the allowance should be reasonable.
Uniform allowance is exempt u/s 10(14) to the extent of expenditure incurred for official purposes
