our partnership-firm has been served a show cause notice, we have been asked to enter our partnership-firm's TRADE NAME.
Now, we remember that "TRADE NAME" was not under mandatory field during registration, that's why we didn't filled it.
As this is the first time we are registering our partnership-firm for sales/service/GST tax purpose,
we want to know what should we fill as "TRADE NAME" for our partnership-firm ? should we fill our partnership-firm's name in it [as we have only few days left to reply]
I had a provisional gst tin number for partnership firm engaging in healthcare solutions; may I use this tin number for mutual fund distributor services ? or i have to amend partnership firm or have to take separate gst number?
