how will I get tds of my return ass. 13-14, 12-13,11-12. at that return was filed manually.then how will I get the tds money.

A.Y 13-14,A.Y-12-13,A.Y 11-12 ...these return I had filed manually at my income tax office but I forget to demand my tds amonut. now when I'm seeing my 26as .. I seen there that there is tds of near 1.5 lakh.
so plz tell me how I will get that tds money.
