what if an assessee private limited company has not filed its incometax return for AY 2016-17 just bcoz company has not deposited its TDS liability. But now company has deposited TDS and there is a tax audit also u/s 44AB.
whether company claim expenditure on which TDs was deducted on particular time but deposited now???

if it is paid after 1/4/17 you can claim it in Ay 2018-19 return
