In F.y.2020-2021 Turnover is more than 10cr.so i deduct TDS u/s194q and tcs of sale of goods
Now
F y.2021-22 Turnover less than 10cr.so Tcs or TDS deduct liable or not ?
please suggest me

Hi, since ur T/O less than Rs 10cr in P.Y, TDS provisions will not attract.
TCS provisions would be applicable if and only if Seller turnover exceeds Rs 10cr in P.Y.
