Regarding taxation
If a person is resident and ordinary resident who earn money from the USA after deduct of tax and than he bring the money in india so it is taxable in India or not?

As long as person is resident in Income Tax, then his global income is charged to tax.
So earning itself is taxable in India. However the person will get DTAA benefits /rebate.
There is no income tax when he brings back his own money to India.
