A and B are the partners in AB CA firm . An audit was uploaded on the name of Partner A and UDIN has been generated in the name of Partner A . Can Partner B sign audit report on behalf of Partner A ?

Parner A only has to sign. Introduced by ICAI, the concept of UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) was placed to bring a mark of authentication to documents, which were manually attested and approved by professionals practicing Chartered Accountancy in India.
