Can u tell that share capital of pvt ltd company can be paid in cash.
Is it not mandatory to open bank account for this.

Yes, but u must collect ITR, PAN COPY, BS BANK STATEMENT & other doc. to prove fiscal strenth of invester along with shareapplication.
