then what is the tax rate as per 112A?
as per section 112A LTCG is more than 1lakhs the rate of tax is 10%
what about less than 1 lakhs gain..?
whether it is exempt or taxable
exempted u/s 10(38)
Just not taxable u/s. 112A, as not crossed limit of 1 lakh ...
