Regarding SCN For cancellation of registration In FORM REG 17
Sir one of my client received SCN for cancellation of registration in FORM REG 17 citing reason that regiatration has been obtained by means of fraud, willful misstatement and supression of facts. What could be the pissible reason for this. Please reply.
