Sir, I have one own truck, and also I am taking the trucks from others and giving it to the company for the transportation of goods on rent.
It is liable to pay GST? If yes what is the rate of tax? Or do I need to pay on a tax RCM basis? Please clarify
Follow provisions laid down in Sec 22 of GST ACT.
BUT IF IT IS ON A BIGGER SCALE YOU HV TO PROCEED.
