Regarding relief under section 89(1)

Sir,

I filed ITR for the AY 2017-18 without filling Form 10E. My ITR processed and further demand raised. Can I file 10E now < If so, is there any need to revise my return or only rectification request will be sufficient to claim relief u/s 10E. Anybody can advise me. Thanks & regards in advance.
